Pricing Philosophy
As a shared workspace, PERCH is meant as a community resource for getting online, connecting with people and being creative. Pricing varies by duration of time needed and your technology requirements. 

Basic Pricing:
$10/day (based on 8-hour workday)
$35/week (based on a 5-day work week)
$130/month (does not guarantee private office)
*Use of PERCH on Saturdays is possible. Please call to inquire.

Private Office:  
Full access to technology (WiFi, printer/scanner/copier, office equipment, video), coffee bar, free conference room use.

*Printer/Copier use limited. Ancillary charges will be added to final invoice if used over the agreed quantity.

Meetings/Events (business meetings, baby showers, bridal showers, etc.)
$30/ Less than four hours (including prep time)
$60/ Four hours - eight hours (including prep time)
*Costs associated with any specific planning/preparation by PERCH will be added to your final invoice.
